THE ROLE & YOUR PROFILE:
As the Technical Sales Manager for the Southern England region, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting their innovative products to businesses within the distribution channels. Your role will require a 'push/pull' approach to end-user interaction, allowing you to have a significant impact on their business and the success of their clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the torque industry, a strong technical background, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, as well as generating new business opportunities within the territory that covers Gloucestershire to Essex, with the bulk of the business being within the heart of Southern England (Ox/Bucks/Beds/Herts/Berks).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop trust and relationships

Manage portfolio of company accounts

Expand relationships and agree new sales channels/routes

Product, price, objective solutions

Help build detailed business solution plans – product or marketing analysis

Team player

Liaising with upper management to ensure sales targets are met

Analysing current market place and feeding back important market and competitive information

Planning, executing and managing sales strategies

Serve as link between customer and other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A trade or engineering degree is desirable but not a requirement, however relevant experience within the industry is essential.
