THE ROLE & YOUR PROFILE:
This position requires a professional who excels in delivering high-quality customer service while supporting technical sales functions within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales activities using Salesforce (C-360), preparing accurate quotations, following up with clients, and liaising with logistics to ensure efficient order fulfilment. A strong emphasis is placed on the ability to provide technical product support and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings. The role is best suited to an individual with prior experience in a similar capacity, exceptional communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems, along with relevant technical or industry knowledge, will be considered advantageous.
