LOCATION: North Sydney to Newcastle region, New South Wales, Australia.

THE ROLE & YOUR PROFILE:

In this hands-on and dynamic position, you will be a key member of the dedicated Service team, delivering high-quality maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation support across a range of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in asphalt plant operations. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your work will span site-based service, customer support, and process diagnostics, often requiring travel and flexibility to meet the demands of clients across various locations.

You will be a qualified Mechanical Fitter with a strong technical foundation and proven experience in fault-finding and site work. Your commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous learning will be essential, as will your ability to work autonomously in physically demanding environments such as heights, confined spaces, and high-temperature areas. The role is well-suited to a proactive, adaptable individual looking to grow within a progressive service environment and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.
